I work with organisations, big and small, to provide strategic support in identifying and communicating key messages to drive sales and customer engagement. With 17 years of experience in PR agencies, media relations, event planning, and business development, I offer invaluable insights to help clients connect with their target audiences and key stakeholders, making the most of their investment.

I am a Business Mentor and Public Relations (PR) Consultant working with clients in the food, hospitality, tourism, heritage, and charity sectors. In addition to my professional experience, I have a strong understanding of managing a business, working in my family’s pub business in Dublin, Ireland, and setting up my own business as a Consultant in 2018.

I am passionate about helping businesses grow, and I understand the many challenges business owners face. With these challenges in mind, I develop simple and effective communications strategies for clients that will drive sales and grow their business and that are tailored to suit their needs and capacity.

The services I provide range from mentoring, event management, and relationship management to identifying new business opportunities for clients and facilitating workshops.

I also offer support to large organisations and internal teams producing large-scale events and communication projects - working as a researcher, production assistant, production manager, and stage manager.

In my free time, I love to travel around Ireland to meet local business owners, experience local tourist attractions, attend local festivals, and hear peoples’ stories.
